Events Coordinator: Looking for a career in event management? Join our dynamic team at Gelman Stained Glass Museum! We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to be the backbone of our event operations. In this role, you will:
Be the First Point of Contact: Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing detailed information about our facilities, availability, and services.
Guide Clients Through the Process: Conduct personalized tours of the museum, helping clients visualize their events in our unique spaces. Tailor proposals to meet their specific needs.
Coordinate and Secure Bookings: Facilitate the booking process by preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts. Ensure a smooth process from inquiry to deposit.
Manage the Event Calendar: Keep our event calendar up-to-date, ensuring maximum utilization of our spaces while accommodating client preferences.
Liaise with Vendors: Work closely with external vendors to coordinate event logistics and ensure that all client needs are met.
Oversee Event Execution: Manage the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all involved.

Seasonal Security Guard: Join our team as a Seasonal Security Guard during the busy holiday season. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises.
Ensure Safety and Security: Monitor the premises, patrol the grounds, and manage access points to protect our visitors, staff, and collection.
Assist with Setup: Help prepare and arrange the museum for events, ensuring everything is in place and ready for use.
Respond to Incidents: Address and resolve security issues or emergencies, providing assistance and maintaining a safe environment.
