Book a Group Visit

Thank you for your interest in booking a group tour at the Gelman Stained Glass Museum! We offer both self-guided and guided private tours for groups of 10 or more.

To schedule your group visit, please complete the form below, and our Tours Coordinator will contact you to finalize your reservation. For the best experience and to ensure accommodations and group benefits, please submit the form or call us at (956) 601-0838 at least two weeks before your planned visit.

Museum Group Visit Information

Self-Guided Tour

This is a one-hour event that accommodates 10 to 50 visitors.

Available Tuesdays-Fridays between 11am and 5pm | Saturdays & Sundays at 10am, 3pm, or 4pm

  • Minimum of 10 guests (+): $20 per Adult | $15 per Veteran/Teacher/First Responder | $10

    per Child (under 12 yrs.)

  • 20 guests (+): $15 per Adult | $12 per Veteran/Teacher/ First Responder | $10 per Child

    (under 12 yrs.)

Guided Tour

This is a one-hour event that accommodates 10 to 50 visitors.

Available Wednesdays - Fridays between 12pm and 7pm | Saturdays & Sundays at 10am, 3pm or 4pm

  • Minimum of 10 guests (+): $30 per Adult | $25 per Veteran/Teacher/ First Responder | $20

    per Child (under 12yrs.)

  • 20 guests (+): $20 per Adult | $15 per Veteran/Teacher/ First Responder | $15 per Child

    (under 12yrs.)

 

Important Notes for
Group Visits

  • Group visit admission is available for children ages 10 and older. Special accommodations may be made for school field trips.

  • To ensure the safety of our collection, group size is limited to a maximum of 50 people.

  • Arrival and departure times will be coordinated with a Museum Representative during the booking process.
